  1. Scoop out the cream, blend with hand mixer until you get a whipped consistency. You can store the rest in the fridge for several days.
Putting It All Together
  1. Mix smoothie base in Vitamix or blender
  2. Layer the smoothie base and coconut whip a couple of times, then place a big dollop on top.
  3. Last, sprinkle with cacao nibs to make it fancy☺ Now enjoy!

NOTE: For best results use chilled milk and a frozen banana.  And as always, use organic ingredients whenever possible.
