Ingredients
- 4cups romainechopped
- 1/2cup purple cabbagechopped
- 1/2cup carrots
- 1/2cup cucumerseeded, chopped
- 1 avocadochopped
- 2 nori sheetstorn into small pieces
- 1/2cup Cilantrochopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seedstoasted (optional garnish)
Ginger Dressing
- 2tablespoons unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1inch fresh gingerpeeled
- 2tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2tablespoons water
- wasabi powderto taste (optional)
Instructions
- Add sesame seeds to a small pan over medium-low heat. Toast until golden. Set aside to use as garnish.
- In a small jar, combine olive oil, grated ginger, coconut aminos, water and wasabi powder (if using). Shake well.
- Combine veggies, nori sheets and cilantro in a bowl. Add dressing to taste and mix well.
